Cleaning of extractor hoods

One of the main causes of fires in kitchens for professional use is the non-performance of the hygienic maintenance that must be carried out in the extraction systems, which include the hood, the duct and the fume extractor. In order to comply with current legislation (Royal Decree 31/2033 of March 13) which establishes that the extractor hoods must be periodically cleaned at least twice a year, PER LIMP performs the cleaning of the smoke extraction systems in kitchens of restaurants, hotels, schools … and other kitchens for collective use

Con el objetivo de dar cumplimiento a la legislación vigente ( Real decreto 31/2033 de 13 de marzo) que establece que las campanas extractoras se tienen que someter a una limpieza periódica como mínimo dos veces en el año, PER LIMP  realiza la limpieza de los sistemas de extracción de humos en cocinas de restaurantes, hoteles, escuelas… y demás cocinas de uso colectivo.
